We were created in response to a consistent piece of feedback from regional developers: the corporate new homes departments treat schemes as secondary stock, while smaller agencies lack the systems to sell at pace.
TPC New Homes combines a dedicated developer-facing team with the operational infrastructure of an established multi-office agency — a single point of contact for the developer, supported by sales, marketing, progression and media specialists.
