The agency is ARLA Propertymark qualified and built around a single point of contact model — the same person looks after a client from valuation through to completion, supported by in-house marketing, photography and progression teams.
TPC New Homes was created within The Property Centre as a dedicated developer-facing department, combining specialist new homes expertise with the infrastructure of an established multi-branch agency.
